Subject: California Public Records Act Request for a copy of all communications and understandings between (name City staff, department, outside agencies as appropriate) from date to Present

Pursuant to California Government Code §6251 I hereby request a copy of all communications and understandings between (Name City departments, Staff, Council, outside agencies/parties etc.. as appropriate) from date to Present.

This includes any handwriting, typewriting, printing, photostating, photographing, email and every other means of recording upon any form of communication or representation, including letters, words, pictures, sounds, or symbols, or combination thereof, and all papers, maps, magnetic or paper tapes, photographic films and prints, magnetic or punched cards, discs, drums, and other documents.

I understand that there is a nominal fee for the copying of subject items. I will pay for the copying of the documents at time of pick-up. In accordance with California Government Code §6256, I understand that I have the Right to Receive Copies of Record requested within a 10-Day Period.

Please call me at (510) xxx-xxxx to make arrangements to pick-up the documents. Thank you in advance for your assistance with this request.

I understand that the City charges ten cents a page when making copies for a public records act request. I will pay this fee when I pick up the requested documents.
